terms of service

using LOKA

LOKA offers conversation and personalized discovery around fashion, taste, and lifestyle. features and availability may vary. the service is for personal use by adults aged 18 and over.

the messaging service is available through iMessage and requires a compatible Apple device and connection. Apple operates iMessage separately from LOKA Technologies. you are responsible for your device and any applicable connectivity charges.

your account

provide accurate information and use a phone number you control. keep access and verification codes private. contact us if your number changes or you suspect unauthorized access. do not register or request codes for someone else.

messages and your choices

LOKA may send replies, recommendations, and other service messages in accordance with your requests and communication choices. when you request a verification code, you authorize the message needed to fulfill that request. that request does not authorize unrelated advertising.

you can ask us to stop messages or request help at support@tryloka.me. stopping messages does not automatically delete your account or stored information. the privacy policy explains your privacy choices.

your content and recommendations

you retain your rights in content you share. you give LOKA and the providers supporting it permission to process that content to provide the service, subject to the privacy policy. only share material you have the right to provide.

responses and recommendations may be generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. interpretations of your preferences are not established facts about you. recommendations are not professional advice or a guarantee of a particular result.

third parties and purchases

confirm prices, availability, sizing, materials, and other important details with the original source before acting. LOKA does not guarantee access to any product, person, place, or experience. mentioning a person or brand does not imply their endorsement or a partnership.

purchases you make with a retailer are governed by that retailer’s terms, including delivery, returns, and refunds. a recommendation does not authorize LOKA to spend money, make a booking, contact another person, or enter an agreement on your behalf. those actions require separate, explicit authorization.

acceptable use

do not use LOKA for unlawful conduct, impersonation, harassment, infringement, or exposing another person’s private information. do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, misuse verification requests, or attempt to access another user’s records.

you may not sell or redistribute LOKA’s software or branding without permission. these restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

ownership and copyright

LOKA Technologies retains its rights in LOKA’s original branding, design, and software. third-party photographs, posts, products, and other material belong to their respective rights holders. a recommendation or link does not transfer ownership or grant exclusive rights.

to report a suspected infringement, email support@tryloka.me with the material’s location, a description of your rights, and your contact details.

availability and responsibility

the service may change or be interrupted. we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message, accuracy of every response, or preservation of every conversation.

to the extent permitted by law, LOKA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. LOKA Technologies excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

ending access and changes

you may stop using LOKA at any time and contact us to request account deletion. we may suspend or end access to address misuse, protect the service, or meet legal requirements. the privacy policy continues to govern information we retain.

we will date changes to these terms and provide any notice or request any acceptance required by law. new permissions or paid features will be presented separately where applicable.

governing law and contact

Delaware law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
