1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Loka Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Loka is a browser extension that provides astrologically-informed fashion styling insights. The Extension detects products on supported retail websites and analyzes them against your personal style profile, which is derived from your birth chart data.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a supported account provider, currently Google or Microsoft, to use Loka. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate birth chart information (date, time, and city of birth) for the service to function as intended.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Extension only for its intended purpose:

• Receiving personal fashion styling insights
• Browsing supported retail websites with Loka enabled
• Providing feedback to improve your recommendations

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Use the Extension for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Extension or its content

5. Optional Receipt Access

If you grant optional Outlook receipt access, Loka may scan your receipt emails to identify items you already own. This access is read-only. Loka will never send, delete, or modify your emails. You can revoke Outlook access at any time through your Microsoft account settings or within the Extension.

6. Affiliate Links

Some recommendation links shown by Loka may be affiliate links or routed through Loka-managed redirects. If you choose to open one of those links and make a qualifying purchase, Loka may earn affiliate revenue.

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Loka and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Styling insights generated by the Extension are provided for your personal use only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Loka does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any styling insights. Fashion recommendations are based on astrological analysis and should be treated as entertainment and guidance, not professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including any purchasing decisions made based on styling insights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your locally stored data will be removed with the Extension.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or this page.
